Join Lisa LaPlante in a small, safe, supportive online group to learn a new Heart Centered Practice each week that can help balance the stressors and personal challenges we face in life today. With the support Lisa offers from her experience as a Mindfulness Coach, Yoga Instructor and decades of training around the relationship between the body and our emotional, mental and spiritual well-being; you will be introduced to topics, skills and practices that can directly benefit your day to day life.
Consistent care for our parasympathetic nervous system in all areas of our life can stimulate the rest, reset, grow and heal functions within our bodies.
Classes will meet on Zoom weekly and will include an introduction to each strategy or topic, group discussions and practical exercises to sustain mindfulness and heartfulness in our day to day routines.
Class topics in the first 6 weeks will touch upon;

*Affirmations and Mantras
*A Sustainable Practice
