Lisa’s professional journey has been an intuitive and heart guided one. She has learned and developed vital therapies, which she’s blended into a distinct and unique approach for sharing joy through physical movement and spiritual “BE”-ing.
Lisa invites and welcomes the whole person into her all of her practices; recognizing that we are both body and spirit in all we do. Connecting our emotional selves with our physical lives enables us to live authentically and to thrive in all areas of our lives
Lisa is an ISSA Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer, TRX Professional Trainer, an Instructor of Traditional Chen Tai Chi, a 200hr Yogaspirit® Instructor, an Essential Oil Educator and a graduate of the Mindful Schools Mindful Educator Essentials Course. She was honored with the N.Y. Strength 2007 Spirit of Strength Award and earned 2010 Master Trainer. Lisa holds a Wellness Coach Certification, and is a Consultant for Mindful Living, Spiritual Retreats and Fitness Centers. Combing her extraordinary background in professional management with advanced therapeutic healing arts Lisa creates an extraordinary approach to holistic wellbeing.
Lisa instructs one-on-one and small group TRX Therapeutic Alignment Exercise, Traditional Chen Style Tai Chi, Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga, Essential Oil Education Classes, Meditation, Mindfulness and Self Care.
Lisa enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness abilities; encouraging them to recognize their potential, improve confidence and find inspiration in their own strengths.
