In Person Classes have a limited attendance in order to create a safe environment for all, and to respect safe and healthy spacing protocols. Additional small group classes can be added upon interest.

4:00-5:00 pm - Beginner Tai Chi Class

9:00-10:00 am -  Advanced Beginner Tai Chi Class

5:15-6:30 pm - Gentle Yoga

10:00-11:00 am – FBC Zoom Group

Friday

9:30-10:30am – Intermediate Tai Chi – Lisa

7:30-8:30 am - Small Group Personal Training - Lisa

8:45-9:30 am Advanced Tai Chi

10:00-11:00 am - Small Group Personal Training - Lisa

(TRX, weights, alignment, balance & Yoga)

Individual Fitness Trainings, Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki Energy Healing, Mindfulness,

and Essential Oil Education, instruction available by appointment
