In Person Classes have a limited attendance in order to create a safe environment for all, and to respect safe and healthy spacing protocols. Additional small group classes can be added upon interest.

2:00-2:50 pm - "Keep Moving Exercise" Zoom Class

9:30-10:30am – Beginner Tai Chi – Lisa

7:30-8:30 am - Small Group Personal Training - Lisa

8:45-9:30 am Tai Chi 

10:00-11:00 am - Small Group Personal Training - Lisa

Individual Fitness Trainings, Yoga, Tai Chi, Mindfulness,

and Essential Oil Education, instruction available by appointment
