Weekly Class Schedule

In Person Classes have a limited attendance in order to create a safe environment for all, and to respect safe and healthy spacing protocols. Additional small group classes can be added upon interest.

10:00-11:00 am -  Small Group Personal Training - Lisa

11:30-12:30 pm - Private Advanced Tai Chi 

2:30-3:30 pm - Mindful Movement on Zoom

(Tai Chi, Qigong, Gentle Stretch and Range of Motion Movement )

4:00-5:00 pm – private Zoom Group

Wednesday

9:00-10:00 am -  Beginner Tai Chi Class

5:00-6:15 pm - Gentle Yoga For Everybody - in person

Thursday

10:00-11:00 am – FBC Zoom Group

 

Friday

9:30-10:30am – Beginner Tai Chi – Lisa

11:00-12:00 – Private Client

Saturday

7:30-8:30 am - Small Group Personal Training - Lisa
