Tween Yoga with Mandy Given
Enjoy 60 minutes of creative, free flow style yoga and mindfulness.
Mandy's class is grounded in the yoga principles of self compassion, without judgment or competition, and safe awareness of the body.
Students learn to move safely beyond their comfort zone in their poses, yet honor their mind body connection at each individual class while on their mat. Safety is the number one priority for students in each pose.
Mandy invites her students to connect with their true "self" thus building self confidence. Her practice with 'tweens' will help them slow down, breathe, move, stretch and strengthen themselves for their everyday activities. Whether your child is a dancer, athlete, gymnast, actor or computer wiz this practice will be a gentle "reboot", and in essence help improve their energy, focus, stress reduction and overall giving them a sense of happiness.
Classes includes yoga games and yoga themed activities and may on occasion be held outdoors.
