in either 60 or 90 minute increments.

Massage Therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension caused either by activity, muscular imbalances, or physical stress held in the body, support of healthy biomechanics, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

​Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my Therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

I understand that Massage Therapy is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
