Improve Balance, Memory, Focus, Strength, and Flexibility

Tai Chi is a gentle form of movement based on ancient practices of redirecting energy, and self defense movements that incorporate breathwork and mindfulness.  Tai Chi can help improve balance, focus, stress reduction and a sense of inner calm.  Practicing Tai Chi cultivates a feeling of well-being that is often described as a Meditative Movement.

The healing benefits of a regular Tai Chi Practice are amazing.

Tai Chi is an internal practice as well as a muscular one, encouraging oxygen exchange within the body and the organs. The practice encourages brain growth with new and strengthened neurological pathways.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of low impact exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing that culminates Qi (inner energy). The movements of Tai Chi can reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyle and improve health.
