The healing benefits of a regular Tai Chi Practice are amazing.

Tai Chi is an internal practice as well as a muscular one, encouraging oxygen exchange within the body and the organs. The practice encourages brain growth with new and strengthened neurological pathways. It is a "Moving Meditation" and an art that cultivates happiness, and strengthens the individuals and groups who practice together.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of low impact exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing that culminates Qi (inner energy). The movements of Tai Chi can reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyle and improve health.
