Making time for 'The Pause'
is essential for our bodies, minds, spirits and energies
to restore and renew.
When we're on the go without regular maintenance, we can become run down, and over stressed. Our body's systems become unable to repair themselves from the wear and tear of our regular routines.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and rejuvenating way to give our overly stimulated senses a break; rest our minds and bodies while drawing attention to our breath and inner selves, as we sink into supportive poses.
Class is open to all levels. Practice will be gentle and appropriate for beginners through advanced.
All mats and props are provided. Bringing water is suggested.
