Midday Yoga for beginners to advanced beginners
Come in midday for a rejuvenating boost to your day. Special attention to breath and form will be given as we melt into poses and awaken tight muscles.
Class will be prepared toward lengthening the Beginner Body. More experienced students are welcome to join for a gentle practice.
Wrap up your midday yoga siesta with an extended savasana and you will leave feeling refreshed and recharged.
All mats and yoga props are provided. Please bring water.
